RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to the purchase of online test identification (Test IDs) TAJMA sold through our website (https://www.unitechnologies.my/). Test IDs are delivered digitally and grant access to assessments or course-related TAJMA services.
Digital Product Notice
All Test IDs sold on this website are digital products. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions only:
- A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase; and
- The Test ID has not been used, activated, or accessed in any way.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the test and the issue is verified to be caused by our system, we may offer:
- A replacement Test ID, or
- A full refund (at our discretion).
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The Test ID has been used or activated;
- The test has been attempted or completed;
- The request is due to change of mind or user error;
- Issues are caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or third-party platforms.

- Reason for request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
